Now that
you have
prepared your storage space, let me show you how to start planning,
how you fill all those empty shelves!
Your
assignment is
quite simple, should you choose to accept it.
For 30
days, I
challenge you to write down everything your family eats. This
includes canned goods, fresh produce, condiments, packaged foods, and
even food like chocolate and soda.
Grab a
clip board
and attach a pencil, leaving it on your kitchen counter. And each
time you reach into your fridge or make a grocery list, remember to
add those items to your list.
Don’t
worry about
being neat organized, that will come later.
At the
end of 30
days you should have a pretty good idea what you need to put away in
your food storage.
Remember,
you are
better off having a great two or three month supply of a variety of
foods than a one year supply of just wheat.
So start
making your
list today.
