Did you know that you can freeze eggs? Freeze only two at a time the most. Crack the eggs, slightly mix them, do not beat, then put in a ziplock bag and place in the freezer. To use place the bag in warm water for a few minutes to defrost. Do not defrost in the microwave.
You would do this if you need to keep eggs fresh for a long time. Try this way of preserving eggs the next time you will be away from home on a vacation.

Did you know that you can freeze milk? Yes! You can freeze it in the plastic ontainer that it comes in. To defrost, take it out of the freezer, leave it out overnight. In the the morning, open the lid to let more air inside the container, then close the lid tight again. Tip it upside down and shake it well. The milk now is as fresh as when you got it at the store and you can store it in the fridge to use. By doing this, you will not go to the store as often. You know, when we go to the store for a $3.00 gallon of milk, it often costs us $25 to $100.00. All those goodies on display seem to catch our interest!
